  • Chill the dip in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

  • If you have cannoli shells, you can break them up instead of waffle cones. But, a more cost effective option is waffle cones.

  • 8 oz pack cream cheese (softened)

  • 15 oz container of ricotta

  • 1 & 1/2 cups confectionery sugar

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • serve with cinnamon and crushed waffle cones

How to:

  1. First, combine one 8 oz pack cream cheese (softened) and one 15 oz container of ricotta

  2. Then beat together the cream cheese and ricotta with an electric mixer for a minute or so

  3. Next, mix in 1 & 1/2 cups confectionery sugar, 1 cup mini chocolate chips, and 1 tsp vanilla

  4. Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator a few hours before serving

  5. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with some waffle cones crushed up to dip!
