EASY Moist Banana Bread Recipe
To ensure your banana bread turns out perfectly, gather the following ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup (5 tablespoons) softened salted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 beaten egg
6 ounces chocolate chips
Optional: walnuts for added crunch
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter. Sprinkle a little sugar on the bottom of the pan for an extra touch of sweetness.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, white sugar, baking soda, and salt. Ensure the dry ingredients are well combined and set the bowl aside.
In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork until they form a smooth consistency.
Add the softened butter to the mashed bananas and gently mix them together, ensuring the butter is evenly incorporated.
