1tbsp.of Yum Yum SauceSpicy Mayo & more for drizzling over top
1/2tbsp.of soy sauce
1/2tsp.of sesame oil
1/2tsp.of Cholula hot sauceor any hot sauce
salt & pepper
3-4tbsp.of chopped green onions
1/2an avocado
1-2tsp.of sesame seeds
1-2tbsp.of rice vinegar
Cooked rice
1cupof rice
1 & 3/4cups of water
2-3tbsp.of soy sauce
1tbsp.of sesame oil
1tbsp.of Fried Rice seasoning
salt & pepper
Instructions
Pat the salmon totally dry of any moisture and bring to room temperature.
Season both sides with Fried Rice Seasoning. Slice the salmon into 1 inch chunks.
Add the seasoned chunks of salmon to a bowl. Add the spicy mayo (Yum Yum Sauce), soy sauce, sesame oil, and hot sauce to the bowl along with cracked black pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix together and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Add the chunks of salmon to the Air Fryer and cook at 400 degrees F. for 6-7 minutes while flipping the salmon halfway through the cooking time.
Rice cooker rice recipe:
Add 1 cup of rice to the rice cooker and rinse and drain three times.
Then add 1 & 3/4 cups of water to the rice cooker along with soy sauce, sesame oil, Fried Rice seasoning, and salt & pepper. Start the rice cooker!
Add 1/2 cup of the rice from the rice cooker to a bowl and flatten out with the back of a measuring cup or spoon. Sprinkle rice vinegar over the rice. Smooth the vinegar over with a spoon and sprinkle chopped green onions over top.
Add the salmon chunks, avocado, sesame seeds, & more chopped green onions over the rice.
Drizzle more Spicy Mayo (Yum Yum Sauce) over the bowl!

When preparing the salmon, pat the salmon dry and make sure it is at room temperature before air frying. Season the salmon liberally and allow the seasoning to work into the salmon for about 30 minutes before air frying.
