Baked Fried Pork Chops (BFP)

One of the top recipes on this website is my BFC! What is BFC you ask? It's an acronym for a name I made up based on a recipe I have been making for my family as far as I can remember. BFC stands for Baked Fried Chicken, if you don't know what I'm talking about here's my BFC recipe: (https://melissajorealrecipes.com/italian-fried-chicken-bfc/). Whenever my kids ask me to fry anything I always make a version of my BFC. Basically what I do is grab my favorite protein, in this case, it is bone-in-center cut pork chops. I seasoned them to perfection, coated them in egg and oil, bread them, drizzled oil, and baked them in the oven. This results in a tastier and healthier version of this pork or any protein. Many people shy away from making pork chops because they can dry up in the oven, but let me assure you these are the juiciest and most flavorful pork chops. Are you ready to add baked fried pork chops (BFC)  to your weeknight recipes? Let's make it!
