  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Boil egg noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain
  3. Chop rotisserie chicken into bite-sized cubes
In a large bowl, mix together:
  1. Chicken
  2. Mayo
  3. Sour cream
  4. Lipton onion soup mix
  5. Colby jack cheese
  6. Cooked noodles
  7. Cream of chicken soup
Transfer mixture to a baking dish
  1. Lay provolone slices evenly over the top
  2. Mix melted butter with French fried onions and sprinkle over cheese
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden on top
