In a pan with olive oil, add ground beef, salt & pepper, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and sauté until meat is browned. Once meat is browned, remove it & set aside.
In the same pan remove some of the excess oil and add in a hunk of butter. Then add in sliced onion, green pepper, red pepper, salt & pepper, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and sauté until the veggies are soft.
Bake garlic Texas toast in the oven according to the instructions on the box.
Add your meat back to the pan with the veggies. Then add in worcestershire sauce and beef consomme. Let that simmer on low until it reduces for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the freshly shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and add provolone cheese slices. Pop the top on for a few minutes to let that cheese get melty.
Garnish with some dried parsley and serve on the garlic Texas toast!! Enjoy!!
