Easy Tropical Fruit Salad

A refreshing mix of frozen and fresh fruit tossed in a bright citrus ginger dressing — perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Wyman’s Tropical Berry & Coconut frozen
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 pints fresh blueberries
  • 3 bananas sliced last
  • ½ cup grapefruit juice Natalie’s works great
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Zest of ½ orange
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

Instructions
 

  • Take the frozen fruit out and let it sit at room temperature for about 1–2 hours to slightly thaw.
  • Add the fruit to a large bowl along with the mandarin oranges and fresh blueberries.
  • In a separate bowl, make the citrus dressing:
  • Grapefruit juice
  • Lime zest + juice
  • Orange zest + juice
  • Grated ginger
  • Mix well.
  • Pour half of the dressing over the fruit and gently toss.
  • Transfer to your serving bowl.
  • Slice the bananas and place them on top.
  • Pour the remaining dressing over everything, give it a light toss, and serve immediately.
