No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

cup
of creamy peanut butter
8
oz.
of cool whip
thawed slightly

oz.
of cream cheese
softened
1 1/4
cups
powdered sugar
Decoration:
6
mini Reese's cups
1
tbsp.
of chocolate sauce

oz.
of cool whip
Instructions
▢
add the peanut butter & cream cheese to a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until creamy
▢
add the powdered sugar and beat until incorporated
▢
add the cool whip and beat until creamy
▢
pour into pie crust and make it look pretty with a spatula
▢
chill at least one hour before serving
▢
when you are ready to serve decorate with cool whip topping, crumbled up Reese's cups and drizzle chocolate sauce over with a fork
▢

Notes
How to store: After you decorate and serve store in the freezer covered with tin foil. As good as new!
Cream Cheese: make sure it is room temperature before you start
Cool Whip: Thaw it on the counter for about 10 minutes or so before you make your pie and before you decorate.
Pie Crust: I used a store bought Oreo pie crust, but if you want to make your own here's how:
preheat the oven to 350
crush cookies into crumbs (finely)
pour over melted butter (4 tbsp.)
combine with a fork then press into a pie plate
bake about 7 minutes then let it cook completely (about 1 hour) before filling
No Bake: leave in the refrigerator for an hour or more to set
Decorate: Decorate just before serving!
