Lemon Brownie Bars
Ingredients
Method
- in a large bowl- add 1 cup of sifted all purpose flour
- add sugar, salt, and baking soda
- add eggs, sour cream, & vegetable oil
- add lemon zest & lemon juice
- Mix all of the above ingredients by hand just until it’s smooth
- line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper (I spray the parchment paper with cooking spray for even easier removal)
- add the batter and spread it out evenly in the pan
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 350
- Let the lemonies cool about 10 minutes in the pan
- remove from pan
- add all of the ingredients for the glaze together and mix
- pour and spread the glaze over the lemonies
- add lemon zest as a garnish
- cut and serve

Storage: First, you need to let your lemonies cool completely before wrapping, storing, or serving

Store for a few days on the counter, but wrap in plastic wrap and go the extra step of putting in a ziplock or container with a lid

You can also store in the refrigerator and it will last about 6-8 days
