Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease or line a 9x13 baking pan.
In a bowl, prepare the cookie dough according to the package directions (mix with butter, water, and egg).
Press about two-thirds of the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar packet from the mix evenly over the dough.
Spread the apple pie filling evenly on top.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar over the apples.
Crumble the remaining cookie dough on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes at 375°F, until golden brown and set.
