Veggies and Sides:
hummus
tzatziki sauce
Kalamata olives
Feta cheese
cucumbers
cherry tomatoes
Instructions
pat dry the chicken; make sure it's at room temperature
combine all of the ingredients for the marinade
add the chicken to the marinade and make sure the chicken is completely covered (use a shallow bowl)
marinate the chicken for two hours at least
slice the cucumbers in rounds
Air Fryer version: set air fryer to 380. Cook for 12 minutes. Then, flip and cook for 8-10 minutes more (20-22 minutes total)
Oven-Baked version: Add the chicken to the oven and bake at 450 for 20 minutes
Add the cucumbers, cheery tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, hummus, and tzatziki sauce, lemon slices, and chicken to a serving dish or meal prep container. Garnish with a little parsley.

Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs: Keep the fat! It provides flavor and juiciness! Also, there are very minimum carbs in this dish so the fat will satiate you!

Marinade: This is quite possibly the best marinade I've ever made! Follow my directions exactly and this will become your go to marinade. Marinate your chicken at least two hours.
