In a greased 9x13 baking dish, place 1/2 of the bread cubes in a single layer. Add half of the blueberries & strawberries. Top with the other 1/2 of the bread cubes.
Add the remaining blueberries & strawberries.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and 1 tsp vanilla until combined.
evenly pour the custard all over the bread and berries.
In a bowl combine the flour, brown sugar, and cold butter, using your hands, two forks, or a pastry cutter, until pebble sized crumbs form. Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the bread pudding. Then sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bread pudding is golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for at least 30 minutes.
To make the whipped cream beat together heavy cream, powdered sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, until its thick and fluffy.
Once it is cooled top the bread pudding with the whipped cream and garnish with more berries. Enjoy!
