Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Buffalo Chicken Sliders makes sweet dinner sized rolls, rotisserie chicken, and frank's red hot shine in a flavorful main course for the table.

Ingredients
  

  • Sweet dinner sized rolls I use Hawaiian Rolls
  • Rotisserie chicken shred the breasts
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Buffalo Sauce Sweet Baby Ray's
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzerella
  • 4 tbsp. of Ranch Dressing
  • optional: Blue cheese crumbles about 2-3 tbsp.
  • 1/2 stick of salted butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. of each: salt & pepper
  • nonstick spray
  • in the butter sauce: 2 tsp. of Frank's red hot

Method
 

  1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. slice open your rolls
  3. Spray your baking dish with Pam or any nonstick cooking spray
  4. shred up one rotisserie chicken
  5. combine red hot and creamy buffalo
  6. add sauce mixture to chicken and mix
  7. shred mozzarella over bottom rolls
  8. spread chicken mixture overtop
  9. drizzle ranch
  10. crumble blue cheese
  11. top the sliders
  12. prepare butter mixture:
  13. melted butter
  14. seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  15. red hot sauce
  16. Brush the butter mixture over the sliders
  17. bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes total. Bake covered with foil for about 15 minutes. Then, uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes.
  18. Remove from oven and basted with a little more melted butter if needed
  19. Enjoy the best sliders ever!

  • King's Hawaiian Rolls: or any other dinner rolls that are about 2 inches across. If you use my favorite, King’s Hawaiian Rolls, you’ll need a serrated bread knife to slice them through neatly! Here is an option:https://amzn.to/2RDHOAP
