Buffalo Chicken Sliders
I have come up with the BEST recipe for buffalo chicken sliders that is the perfect addition to your Super Bowl party or for any party! They are super quick and easy to make and only take a few steps. You will make a buffalo chicken mixture and bake it on sweet rolls. These will leave you with the perfect balance of crispy and soft and will melt in your mouth. Be ready to score at your next party by bringing these sliders!
Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Ingredients
- Sweet dinner sized rolls I use Hawaiian Rolls
- Rotisserie chicken shred the breasts
- 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Creamy Buffalo Sauce Sweet Baby Ray’s
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzerella
- 4 tbsp. of Ranch Dressing
- optional: Blue cheese crumbles about 2-3 tbsp.
- 1/2 stick of salted butter melted
- 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. of each: salt & pepper
- nonstick spray
- in the butter sauce: 2 tsp. of Frank’s red hot
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- slice open your rolls
- Spray your baking dish with Pam or any nonstick cooking spray
- shred up one rotisserie chicken
- combine red hot and creamy buffalo
- add sauce mixture to chicken and mix
- shred mozzarella over bottom rolls
- spread chicken mixture overtop
- drizzle ranch
- crumble blue cheese
- top the sliders
- prepare butter mixture:
- melted butter
- seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
- red hot sauce
- Brush the butter mixture over the sliders
- bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes total. Bake covered with foil for about 15 minutes. Then, uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and basted with a little more melted butter if needed
- Enjoy the best sliders ever!
Notes
- King’s Hawaiian Rolls: or any other dinner rolls that are about 2 inches across. If you use my favorite, King’s Hawaiian Rolls, you’ll need a serrated bread knife to slice them through neatly! Here is an option:https://amzn.to/2RDHOAP
