Melissa Jo

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pack cream cheese softened
  • 15 oz container of ricotta
  • cups confectionery sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • serve with cinnamon and crushed waffle cones

Instructions

  • First, combine one 8 oz pack cream cheese (softened) and one 15 oz container of ricotta
  • Then beat together the cream cheese and ricotta with an electric mixer for a minute or so
  • Next, mix in 1 & 1/2 cups confectionery sugar, 1 cup mini chocolate chips, and 1 tsp vanilla
  • Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator a few hours before serving
  • Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with some waffle cones crushed up to dip!

Notes

  • Chill the dip in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
  • If you have cannoli shells, you can break them up instead of waffle cones. But, a more cost effective option is waffle cones.
