Method

  1. First, combine cream cheese (softened) and one 15 oz container of ricotta
  2. Then beat together the cream cheese and ricotta with an electric mixer for 15-30 seconds. Do NOT overbeat, this will make it runny. Just until combined.
  3. Next, with a spatula or spoon mix in 1 & 1/2 cups confectionery sugar, 1 cup mini chocolate chips, and 1 tsp vanilla
  4. Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator a few hours before serving
  5. Finally, sprinkle with plenty of cinnamon and serve with some crushed waffle cones and strawberries to dip!

Notes

  • Chill the dip in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
  • If you have cannoli shells, you can break them up instead of waffle cones. But, a more cost effective option is waffle cones.
