Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts butterflied
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 6 oz sour cream
  • 3 oz grated parmesan
  • 2 cups cheez-its
  • 6 tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  • Butterfly your chicken breasts, so that you have six thin pieces of chicken. Season both sides of the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and cracked black pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish with cooking spray and add your seasoned chicken into the baking dish. Add 2 heaping tbsp of sour cream onto each piece of chicken (6 oz total) and smooth it out to cover the whole piece of chicken. Then, shake the grated parmesan cheese evenly over each piece of chicken.
  • Add your cheez-its into a ziploc bag and crush them up. Now, pour the melted butter into the ziploc bag with the crushed up cheez-its and shake it around so the cheez-its get coated in the butter. Then, add the buttery cheez-its on top of each piece of chicken to fully cover the chicken.
  • Bake in the oven at 375°F for 45 - 50 minutes. Enjoy!
