dredge the chicken cutlets in this order: (shake off excess as you dredge into each plate)

bread crumbs
saute the chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil & butter at about medium-medium high heat (don't mess with the chicken let it brown)
broil the hamburger buns (butter the bottom buns) for a minute or until golden
Then, set the top buns aside and add the chicken and cheese to the bottom buns
Pop back into the oven and broil about 1 minute or until the cheese melts
Top the sandwich with your favorite fixings, or do what I do! Dill pickle chips & more ranch dressing
Devour!!!
Notes
Flour: You can use all purpose flour, but I use Wondra. It's the absolute best flour for a lightly breaded, crispy finish. you simply can't mess up your meal with this flour! Wondra: https://amzn.to/3zubRfy
Cookware: All you need is a great skillet with high sides. Here's my favorite that goes stovetop to oven: https://amzn.to/3cqBjZL
Chicken: Buy chicken cutlets since they are already nice and thin. If you can't find them, buy chicken breasts and butterfly, then pound thin. You need your chicken to be nice and thin for this recipe so the cooking time works. Just like making cutlets; the thinner the better!
The best seasoning in the whole world is this right here: https://amzn.to/3pYpXl4 You need the Tony's Creole for this recipe to be as delicious as mine!
