Christmas Dip
Christmas Dip is the dip that everyone looks forward to all year long, and added bonus: I am going to give you two recipes for this dip! One dip is going to be hot and bubbly and you are going to serve it on Christmas Day. The second dip is only going to be two ingredients and you can serve it on Christmas Eve because there is no meat in the dip at all. See, as an Italian we celebrate the Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas for our dinner spread. Although the hot and bubbly dip is surely a treat you will see that the two ingredient dip is just as much of a crowd pleaser! All will be merry and bright this Christmas, so let's unwrap this recipe! Let's make it!

Line your baking sheet with a baking rack and lay your bacon slices on the baking rack. Cook the bacon in the oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes or until it's brown. Once the bacon is done, chop it up and set it aside.
In a bowl, add cream cheese, boursin cheese, chopped cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions (save some for garnish), and cracked black pepper. Mix that together until combined.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a pie plate or baking dish and bake it in the oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
Microwave the red pepper jelly in a microwave safe bowl or measuring cup for about 30 seconds just until pourable.
Pour the red pepper jelly over the dip and garnish it with the leftover green onions. Serve with ritz crackers and enjoy!
