Add the hot sausage links to a baking dish and bake them in the oven at 375°F for 1 hour.
Halfway through cooking, take the baking dish out and flip the sausage links.
Raise the temp to 400°F and cook for the remaining time.
Heat up a pan with olive oil and add in the onions, peppers, garlic, garlic powder, and salt & pepper.
Saute that for 25-30 minutes or until the veggies are translucent and golden.
Fully slice open your hoagie rolls and place them on a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Scoop the inside of the bread out to make a little pocket.
Then top one side of the hoagie with the pepper and onions
then add the sausage on top, and top the sausage with a slice of provolone cheese.
Combine the mayo and the cherry pepper hoagie spread and spread that sauce on the other side of the hoagie roll.
Then place the baking sheet in the oven on broil just until the cheese is melty.
Once they are toasty, top the sandwiches with the top hoagie roll. Serve & Enjoy!
