Easy Bake Sausage and Peppers

No ratings yet
Sausage and peppers is a classic Italian dish. There are so many ways to make it, but I have the easiest best way to make it. In fact, in my family every single Christmas eve we always serve sausage and peppers along with our feast of the seven fishes. I know that sausage and peppers is not a usual recipe for Christmas eve, however it is a tradition in our family and this method is exactly how I make it on Christmas Eve and on an easy weeknight. It is that GOOD! The sausages come out browned to perfection and juicy and the peppers and onions come out golden and sweet. Are you ready for this? Let's make it!

  9. then add the sausage on top, and top the sausage with a slice of provolone cheese.
  10. Combine the mayo and the cherry pepper hoagie spread and spread that sauce on the other side of the hoagie roll.
  11. Then place the baking sheet in the oven on broil just until the cheese is melty.
  12. Once they are toasty, top the sandwiches with the top hoagie roll. Serve & Enjoy!
