Easy Bake Sausage and Peppers 🌶️

Summary
Sausage and peppers is a classic Italian dish. There are so many ways to make it, but I have the easiest best way to make it. This is the hands-off version built for hoagies — if you want the richer one, my mom’s sausage and peppers adds tomato paste and hot cherry peppers and finishes everything together in one pan.
In fact, in my family every single Christmas eve we always serve sausage and peppers along with our feast of the seven fishes. I know that sausage and peppers is not a usual recipe for Christmas eve, however it is a tradition in our family and this method is exactly how I make it on Christmas Eve and on an easy weeknight. It is that GOOD! The sausages come out browned to perfection and juicy and the peppers and onions come out golden and sweet. Are you ready for this? Let’s make it!
