Unroll dough directly from the refrigerator and lay on the sheet. Start in the middle and spread it out with your fingers as close as you can to the perimeter of the baking sheet.
Melt 2 tbsp. of butter and mix it with the white wine vinegar and 1/4 cup of the Frank's Buffalo Sauce
Brush the butter mixture over the dough.
In a bowl mix together the chicken, celery, red onion, and the remaining Frank's Buffalo Sauce.
Spoon evenly over the pizza leaving a border of dough.
Shred the mozzarella and sprinkle over the pizza.
Rip up chunks of the mozzarella and scatter over the pizza.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 13-15 minutes or until the edges look crispy.
Garnish with a a little celery & red onion and drizzle Ranch or Blue cheese dressing all over the top.
