EASY Buffalo Chicken Pizza

It’s spring break and all the kiddies are looking for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Let’s make them an easy buffalo chicken pizza that takes just 30 minutes to make with a little help from Pillsbury Pizza Dough and rotisserie chicken! This dish is SO good and you can pack with you on a trip to the beach or pool, or just serve the kids and whole family at home! Everyone will love it! Including you! =-)

It’s spring break and you know the kids are going to be looking for breakfast lunch and dinner every day! Yes, every day😝😂 recipe: 1 can of Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough (11 oz.) 1/2 cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce 1 & 1/2 cups of cooked rotisserie chicken chopped 1 celery stalk finely chopped 1/8 of a red onion finely chopped 2 tbsp. of melted butter 2 tbsp. of white wine vinegar 4 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese 2 oz. of chunks of mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup of ranch dressing for the drizzle 1 tbsp. of olive oil rub 1 tbsp. of olive oil on a baking sheet Unroll dough directly from the refrigerator and lay on the sheet. Start in the middle and spread it out with your fingers as close as you can to the perimeter of the baking sheet. Melt 2 tbsp. of butter and mix it with the white wine vinegar and 1/4 cup of the Frank’s Buffalo Sauce Brush the butter mixture over the dough. In a bowl mix together the chicken, celery, red onion, and the remaining Frank’s Buffalo Sauce. Spoon evenly over the pizza leaving a border of dough. Shred the mozzarella and sprinkle over the pizza. Rip up chunks of the mozzarella and scatter over the pizza. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 13-15 minutes or until the edges look crispy. Garnish with a a little celery & red onion and drizzle Ranch or Blue cheese dressing all over the top. #buffalochickenpizza #springbreakrecipes #easypizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough 11 oz.
  • 1/2 cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 1.5 cups cooked rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 1/8 of a red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. of melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. of white wine vinegar
  • 4 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz. of chunks of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of ranch dressing for the drizzle
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil

Instructions
