Easy cheesy garlic bombs are going to be the first thing gone at your next party! So easy to make using a can of pillsbury biscuits and stuffed with cheeses, herbs, and a little dash of honey for the perfect balance of flavors. I usually make these for a tailgate or game day party, but these are amazing any night of the week alongside any dinner you serve. You won't believe how good these are until you make it! So what are we waiting for? Let's make it!
2cupsshredded cheeseAny cheese you want, but I used Monterey jack, cheddar, & mozzarella
Fresh or dried parsleyfor garnish
Instructions
Grease a cast iron pan heavily with about 2-4 tbsp of butter, getting the bottom, sides, and corners.
Melt about a stick and a half of butter in a measuring cup. Add in chopped garlic, garlic powder, italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and honey. Whisk together until incorporated.
Separate each biscuit lengthwise by pulling them apart to make two thinner biscuits. You should have 16 biscuits afterwards.
Brush each biscuit with the butter sauce. Then add shredded cheese on top of the biscuit (about 1-2 tbsp of cheese on each). Fold the biscuit together into a little ball. Then, roll with two hands to seal closed.
Add them into the cast iron, but make sure they are all positioned very close together in the center of the cast iron pan.
Top with the remaining butter sauce and add the leftover cheese on top. Sprinkle over some parsley (fresh or dried)
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Make it!!
