  • Add sliced steak, peppers, onion, garlic, butter, Worcestershire sauce, pepperoncini + brine, beef consommé, and seasonings to the crockpot.
  • Cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 5–6 hours until the beef is tender.
  • Once done, mix everything together and lay slices of provolone cheese over the top. Cover and let melt.
  • Toast your hoagie rolls at 400F in the oven dry for about 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  • Load the rolls with the cheesy beef mixture.
  • Finish with Cheez Whiz on top . Serve hot.
