Ingredients

  • 16 oz. package of Gordo's Cheese dip original
  • 8 oz. block of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 of a red onion diced small
  • 7-8 or more of pickled sliced jalapeños chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeño diced small
  • 1 tsp of salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp. of cumin
  • 1 tsp. of paprika
  • Nonstick spray or butter to grease the baking dish

Method

  1. To a bowl add 1 block of softened cream cheese, room temperature Gordo's cheese dip, cheddar cheese, chopped pickled and fresh jalapeños, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the mixture into a greased baking dish. Use a small baking dish, mine was a small oblong shape, but any small or 8x8 baking dish will do.
  3. Sprinkle the cumin and paprika over the top of the dip.
  4. Bake 375 degrees F. for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and mix everything together and you will achieve a queso consistency.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla and enjoy! =-) Make it!
