Notes
- Cookware: You'll need a 9x13 baking dish. Here is my favorite; I use for EVERYTHING: https://amzn.to/3lDYGTn
- Pantry Staples: Not only is this cake bakery quality, you can make it with simple pantry ingredients including:
-
- all purpose flour
-
- sugar
-
- baking soda
-
- 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
-
- 2 eggs
- Baking Dish: I lightly grease the baking dish with a nonstick spray. The cake is so moist it will come out of the pan nicely even if you don't spray or grease the baking dish. However, I like to spray for clean up purposes. It's much easier to wash the baking dish with a little nonstick spray. I use Baker's Joy.
