A round dish of creamy cheese, crowned with honey and crushed pistachios, sits on a wooden cutting board. Red pepper grinders and a bottle of Mike’s Hot Honey frame this tempting Honey Fig Dip in the background.

Honey Fig Spread

One of my favorite things about going to parties at my friend’s houses is trying all of the food that is served. Recently, I went to a holiday party at my friend Jennifer’s house and she served the most delicious Honey Fig Dip made with Boursin cheese! Everybody was crowded over the dip, so of course I had to ask exactly what was in it! It’s four simple ingredients, no baking in the oven, and takes all of two minutes to prepare! And yet it might be the tastiest dip I’ve had all year! Thank you, Jennifer McFadden, for sharing your recipe with me! Let’s make it!

  • In a pie dish or serving dish spread both packs of the boursin cheese into an evenly layer at the bottom of the dish. Then, add on the fig spread and spread it out over the boursin cheese in an even layer. Now, drizzle the hot honey right over the fig spread and smooth it out. Lastly, take the roughly chopped pistachios and sprinkle them over the top. Serve the dip with chips or crackers. Enjoy!
