Friends, I've got the most delicious, mouth watering, dish lined up for you ready to go. This right here is my delicious, and flavorful honey mustard chicken! I'm so excited to post this recipe because my kid's told me this was one of the best dishes I've ever made. I think you guy's will find this one to be absolutely perfect. It has my honey mustard sauce recipe in it which just makes this dish perfect. The chicken and potato's are cooked to perfection in the Oven and will knock your socks off. Ingredients
  

Dish
  • 4.5 lb pack bone in-skin on chicken thighs drums, & wings
  • 5-6 russet potatoes peeled & cut into wedges
  • 4 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 3 tbsp paprika divided
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley divided
  • 2 tsp salt & cracked black pepper divided
Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 shallot minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cut your peeled potatoes into wedges and add them to a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over the potatoes and season them with 1 tbsp dried parsley, 1 & 1/2 tbsp paprika, & 1 tsp of both salt & pepper.
  3. Toss that together.
  4. Whisk together all the ingredients to make the honey mustard sauce and pour half of the sauce over the potatoes.
  5. Place each piece of chicken evenly over the potatoes.
  6. Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over the chicken and season them with 1 tbsp dried parsley, 1 & 1/2 tbsp paprika, & 1 tsp of both salt & pepper. Then rub that into the chicken and pour the remaining honey mustard sauce over the chicken.
  7. Bake that in the oven at 375°F for 1 hour & 10 mins.
  8. Once thats done remove the chicken and set them aside. Place the potatoes back in the oven on broil for 5-6 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!!
