Servings 2

Ingredients

  • add 2 green tea bags to 15 oz. of boiling water and steep for at least 10 minutes.
  • peel & cut up one ripe mango into chunks this doesn't have to be pretty because you are going to puree the mango
  • set aside a little piece of mango and cut into small pieces for garnish
  • to a blender or nutribullet add the chunks of mango and 1/2 cup of water and puree until smooth about 10- 15 seconds
  • if the mango you are using is not ripe enough add a tsp. of honey into the blender to sweeten the mango
  • fill a glass with ice and add the green tea fill 3/4 of the glass
  • use a strainer and pour the mango puree into the strainer over the glass and let it drip in the glass the strainer will grab the pulp so it's not too thick
