Kim Kardashian’s Mango Greentini
After 14 years the Kardashians are officially done filming the epic series Keeping Up with the Kardashians! Whether you are a fan or not, this reality show changed pop culture and led the way for an entire shift in social media and entertainment. I personally love the Kardashians with my number #1 favorite being the iconic…Kim K! SOOOOOO…. I thought why not watch the last episode while drinking her favorite tea from the restaurant Health Nut in Woodland Hills, California?!?!
The Health Nut is the famous restaurant that features the Kardashian salads that they are always eating: the Chef Salad and the Chinese Chicken Salad. I’ll be making copycat versions of those salads soon! However, I made the delicious tea they are always sipping on: the Mango Greentini. This delicious and light mocktail is light, refreshing, with a magical touch of mango sweet deliciousness. I’ve included 2 recipes: 2 servings of mango greentini and a pitcher mango greentini. Check out my recipes and let’s drink this tea while watching the final episode that airs on June 10th on E!. https://www.eonline.com/shows/kardashians

Mango Greentini
Ingredients
- add 2 green tea bags to 15 oz. of boiling water and steep for at least 10 minutes.
- peel & cut up one ripe mango into chunks this doesn’t have to be pretty because you are going to puree the mango
- set aside a little piece of mango and cut into small pieces for garnish
- to a blender or nutribullet add the chunks of mango and 1/2 cup of water and puree until smooth about 10- 15 seconds
- if the mango you are using is not ripe enough add a tsp. of honey into the blender to sweeten the mango
- fill a glass with ice and add the green tea fill 3/4 of the glass
- use a strainer and pour the mango puree into the strainer over the glass and let it drip in the glass the strainer will grab the pulp so it’s not too thick
