Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 ounce hidden valley ranch seasoning packet
  • ¾ cup + 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 2 & ½ tbsp sour cream
  • ¼ tsp onion powder garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, & cayenne
  • ¾ of a bag of Grown in Idaho hand cut fries
  • 6 pieces of bacon
  • 10 oz freshly shredded colby jack cheese
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  • To make the ranch dressing combine mayo, buttermilk, hidden valley ranch seasoning packet, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, & black pepper.
  • Whisk that together until fully combined and set that aside in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • On a baking sheet with aluminum foil, add the fries and spread them out so they can evenly cook.
  • Bake those in the oven at 425°F for about 23 minutes.
  • While those are cooking, place the bacon in a pan and let those cook until crispy.
  • Once the bacon is brown and crispy, remove it from the pan, and chop it up.
  • Once the fries are done cooking, transfer them to a round baking dish. Shake some salt & pepper over the fries.
  • Then sprinkle over the colby jack cheese and the bacon bits. Place the dish in the oven at 425°F just so the cheese can get melty.
  • Then remove them from the oven and top with the green onions. Dunk the cheese in the homemade ranch and Enjoy!
