Ingredients
Method
- Slice 1 & ½ lemons into rounds and save the other half of the lemon whole for later. In a cast iron or baking dish scatter those lemon rounds around the bottom. Then add in the pieces of salmon over the lemon rounds and season them with a ¼ tsp of cracked black pepper.
- In a measuring cup, add the butter and melt it in the microwave. Once the butter is melted, add in the juice of half a lemon, Tony's creole seasoning, italian seasoning, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, and a ¼ tsp of cracked black pepper. Whisk that together until combined.
- Pour that butter mixture over top of the pieces of salmon in the baking dish. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes (depending on how you like your salmon cooked).

Notes
- When you are using Tony’s Creole seasoning you don't need to use salt because it already has salt in it.
