If you're a big fan of cake but just not a fan of that overwhelming taste of sugar when you have frosting, this is your dish. This dish is sweet but not over the top, It focuses more on the flavors so you have that perfect mesh of sweet and delicious flavors on the cake! Make sure you have people around because you will end up eating this whole cake by yourself if not. This thing is addicting I can account for that. Ingredients
  

  • 2 15.25 oz cans sliced peaches drained, divided
  • 15.25 oz box white cake mix and follow the ingredients for the eggs, water, & oil
  • 4 egg whites, 1 & 1/4 cups water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 stick salted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl whisk or beat together white cake mix, egg whites, water, and vegetable oil.
  2. Take half the peaches out of one of the cans and chop them. Fold the chopped peaches into the cake batter.
  3. Spray a bundt pan heavily with cooking spray. In a bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour the butter mixture into the bottom of the bundt pan.
  4. Take the sliced peaches and arrange them in a single layer over the brown sugar butter mixture. Then evenly pour in the cake batter.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 38-40 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes then invert the bundt pan onto a serving platter. Serve & Enjoy!
