Peach Upside Down Cake 🍰
Ingredients
- 2 15.25 oz cans sliced peaches drained, divided
- 15.25 oz box white cake mix and follow the ingredients for the eggs, water, & oil
- 4 egg whites, 1 & 1/4 cups water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 stick salted butter melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 & 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl whisk or beat together white cake mix, egg whites, water, and vegetable oil.
- Take half the peaches out of one of the cans and chop them. Fold the chopped peaches into the cake batter.
- Spray a bundt pan heavily with cooking spray. In a bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour the butter mixture into the bottom of the bundt pan.
- Take the sliced peaches and arrange them in a single layer over the brown sugar butter mixture. Then evenly pour in the cake batter.
- Bake at 375°F for 38-40 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes then invert the bundt pan onto a serving platter. Serve & Enjoy!
