Roasted Asparagus

Roasting vegetables is one of the quickest ways to get the most flavor out of your greens. This is my method for roasting most of my vegetables in the oven. It's quick and easy, it’s flavorful, and it's to the point! You want your kids to eat their veggies, follow my method. All it takes is your veggie of choice, in this case I'm using asparagus. We're also going to need olive oil, adobo seasoning, a little crackle black pepper, and your oven. Let's make it!

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and add the asparagus on the aluminum foil (make sure they are slightly spaced out). Drizzle olive oil evenly over the asparagus and shake over the adobo seasoning and cracked black pepper. Toss that together, so the asparagus is fully coated in the olive oil and seasoning.
  2. Bake the asparagus in the oven at 415°F for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
