Tuna Salad in Cloud Bread
Don't ever say I don't do low carb because I present to you my best tuna salad recipe served rolled in pillowy cloud bread! What is cloud bread you ask? Well I'm not sure it would constitute as an actual bread product. However, it is a pillowy soft kinda bread that is made with just egg white and cornstarch! But, when you follow the method I present to you in this recipe blog and if you are a low carb or no carb queen you will be making it over and over again and using it to stuff all of your sandwiches in. This tuna salad recipe is so delicious I made a big batch just for you so you can meal prep it and have it all week, but if you want less you can certainly cut this recipe in half. So we're going to add a little of this and a little of that and make it!
