Smores Cookie Cups

These smores cookie cups are so delicious I can't even put it into words. These cups just melt in your mouth and are so flavorful. When you bite into the smores cookie cups the Marshmallow just pulls like cheese and it makes the cookies have that campfire type of taste.
Prep Time 25 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour
Servings 10 people

Ingredients
  

  • Chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 3 graham crackers crushed up
  • 6 marshmallows cut in half
  • 12 hershey chocolate squares

Instructions
 

  • Spray a muffin tin HEAVILY with cooking spray and press 4-5 tbsp of chocolate chip cookie dough into each muffin cup, enough to cover the bottom and go around the edges.
  • Bake at 350°F for 14 minutes, until the edges are golden.
  • Let them cool for a minute or so and press the middle down to create a pocket.
  • Scoop a tsp of the crushed graham cracker into each pocket and place one marshmallow half on top of the graham cracker crumbs. Place them bake in the oven for 4 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and press a square of choclate on top of each marshmallow. Let them cool completely before removing them. Enjoy!
