Slice Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise.

The secret to the best au jus dipping gravy is using the same bowl you made your butter mixture in. After brushing it over the sliders, fill that bowl with water to get all the good bits out, then add it to the saucepan, bring to a boil, and let it simmer. That’s how you get the ultimate dip-a-dee-doo sauce!

👝 How to Store Leftovers

Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days and reheat using oven for the best result!

🤔 Common Questions

Can I make these sliders ahead of time?

Yes! You can fully assemble the sliders, cover them tightly with foil, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Just add about 5 extra minutes to the baking time if baking straight from the fridge.

What other cheese can I use instead of cheddar and Muenster?

You can swap in provolone, Swiss, pepper jack, or even mozzarella. Just choose a cheese that melts well and pairs nicely with roast beef.
