Cheddar Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole

I’m partnered with Campbell’s to bring you one of the coziest, easiest, and most special breakfasts you can make — especially for Mother’s Day.
This Cheddar Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole is everything you want in a morning dish: rich, creamy, cheesy, and completely stress-free. It’s layered with savory sausage, buttery sweet rolls, fluffy eggs, and the secret ingredient that brings it all together — Campbell’s Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup.
The best part? You can prep it ahead of time, pop it in the oven, and actually enjoy the morning. No rushing, no stress — just a warm, comforting breakfast that feels like a hug on a plate.
And for me, this one is extra special… because I made it with my son Anthony Jo. Recipes like this are what Mother’s Day is all about.

Before You Cook
There’s something really special about recipes like this — the ones that aren’t complicated, but still feel like you went all out.
Using Campbell’s Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup is one of those little shortcuts that makes a big difference. It gives you that rich, creamy, perfectly balanced cheddar flavor without needing to make a sauce from scratch. No roux, no extra steps — just smooth, reliable, delicious results every single time.
And honestly, that’s what makes this recipe perfect for Mother’s Day.
When Anthony Jo and I made this together, it wasn’t about making something fancy — it was about making something comforting, something easy, and something we could enjoy together without being stuck in the kitchen all morning.
That’s the kind of recipe you come back to.
