Ingredients
  

  • 15.25 oz box yellow cake mix
  • 5-6 large peaches sliced
  • 1 & 1/2 sticks salted butter sliced
  • 2 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp cinnamon divided
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp brown sugar divided

Instructions
 

  • To a large bowl add sliced peaches, 1/4 cup brown sugar, cornstarch, 1 & 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tbsp of melted butter. Toss that together until everything is combined.
  • Grease an 8×8 baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Add the peach mixture to the baking dish. Then shake over the yellow cake mix and smooth it out.
  • Sprinkle a 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp of brown sugar evenly over the top. Then take 1 & 1/2 sticks of butter, slice it into squares, and cover the top of the cobbler with the butter.
  • Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream & Enjoy!
