Jiffy Joe 😋
Summary
My friends, I’ve got the absolute best Jiffy Joe dish ready for y’all tonight and I promise you this one is going to be an absolute hit in the house. This dish was made with Jiffy Mix, Manwich Bold, and Original, 1-2 lbs of ground chuck and more. It was so delicious the Jiffy paired perfectly with the ground chuck and had such a perfect mixture of protein and carbs. When I made this dish a while ago I wanted to perfect it down to the seasoning and make sure this dish would be perfect for my peeps. I made this a few times until I came to this recipe I had my kids try it and they freaked out from how good it was. This dish was gone just as fast as it came out of the oven!
Throughout making this entire meal it looked so good. I know we’ve all had moments when making a dish and thinking even at this stage of the meal this dish looks soo good. Like eating brownie batter before it’s baked and that’s one thing that I always seem to do lol. This is before I baked it and it just looks so good here to I wanted to add it as a reference to what your dish should look like before-hand.
This is the finished product, It was so good and this is how it should look after you have it baked. When you enjoy this dish let me know what you think about it by leaving a comment or sending a review in!

- Simmer on medium low until the flavors are incorporated (about 5 minutes or so). Taste for seasoning and add more if needed.
- With an ice cream scoop , scoop all of the Jiffy mixture on top of the meat mixture.
- Make it even if you desire by spreading with a knife. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350° F for 35-40 minutes. Let it rest 10 minutes and serve! Delicious! Make IT!
