Watermelon Mint Pitcher Cocktail
This vodka pitcher cocktail is the perfect addition to your next holiday party, barbeque, pool party, or a weekend of fun and relaxation. Watermelon Mint Pitcher Cocktail
Ingredients
- 6 cups of cubed watermelon
- 1 cup of sliced cucumber
- ½ cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup of vodka
- ½ cup of lime juice
- ½ cup of simple syrup
- 2 cups of club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
Simple Syrup:
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water.
- Heat the mixture over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once the mixture has cooled, transfer it to a clean bottle or jar, and store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use it.
- Blend the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber, and fresh mint leaves in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a large pitcher, then add the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Fill the pitcher with ice cubes and top it off with the club soda.
- Give the mixture a gentle stir and serve immediately.
Notes
Tequila: In this recipe, I used Tito’s Vodka.

If you can’t find this particular vodka…ANY vodka will do! As long as you like it 🤪
Frozen or on the Rocks: I serve this up in a beautiful glass pitcher l, but this drink is equally delicious as a frozen cocktail. Simply assemble the same way, but leave out the garnishes. Then, add the about a cup of the liquid, a handful of ice, and a handful of the frozen berries in the blender and blend until slushy and frozen. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
