Best Buckeye Dip

If you love classic Buckeye candies (that dreamy combo of peanut butter and chocolate), you’re going to go crazy for this Buckeye Dip with Ganache. It takes everything you love about the Ohio State favorite and turns it into a creamy, scoop-able dip that’s perfect for game day, holidays, or any time you need a crowd-pleasing dessert. This dip has all the essentials: rich peanut butter, a cheesecake-style base, a touch of sweetness, and of course, a thick chocolate ganache spread over the top. It’s basically like breaking into a giant Buckeye truffle with every bite. Serve it in a pie plate with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices and watch it disappear in minutes.
