Ingredients

- Heaping ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip or 1 cup heavy cream whipped with 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- For the Ganache:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream or half-and-half
Optional Garnishes
- Crushed salted peanuts
- Chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
- Mini M&Ms
- Flaky sea salt

Make the Dip
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in vanilla extract and powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Fold in Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream) until fluffy.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips. Spread evenly into a 9-inch pie plate (or similar shallow dish).
Make the Ganache
- Place chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl.
- Heat cream until steaming (just before a boil). Pour over chocolate chips.
- Let sit 2–3 minutes, then whisk until smooth and glossy.
- Let cool slightly so it thickens but is still pourable.
Assemble
- Spread the ganache evenly over the peanut butter dip.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts, Reese’s, or a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
