Cast-Iron Potato’s 🥔
Ingredients
- 2 lbs red potatoes quartered
- 5 pieces thick cut maple bacon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2-3 oz freshly grated parmesan
Instructions
- To your cast iron add olive oil and bacon. Cook bacon until crispy. Once bacon is done remove it but keep the fat and oil.
- Then add in potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Sauté on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Then sprinkle over fresh parlsey and rosemary. Toss that together and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Then place the cast iron in the oven at 375°F for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove from the oven and grate the parmesan cheese over the top. Place the cast iron back in the oven and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Once its done sprinkle over the chopped maple bacon and garnish with more fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
