Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Kinders lemon butter garlic seasoning divided
  • 2 lbs bone in-skin on chicken thighs
  • 2 lbs chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp Chef Merito chicken seasoning
  • 2 tbsp cracked black pepper divided
  • 3 tsp garlic powder divided
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil divided
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup cento seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup Panko plain breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 oz freshly grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add the chicken thighs, chicken drumsticks, 1/4 cup olive oil, egg, chopped fresh parsley, chicken seasoning, 2 tbsp lemon butter garlic seasoning, lemon zest, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp cracked black pepper.
  • Mix everything together until combined.
  • On a plate/bowl add seasoned breadcrumbs, plain breadcrumbs,
  • 2 tbsp lemon butter garlic seasoning, 1 tbsp cracked black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and freshly grated parmesan.
  • Take each piece of chicken, bury it in the breadcrumb mixture, shake off the excess, and place it on a baking rack on top of a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle about an 1/8 cup of oil over the chicken and bake in the oven at 425°F for 1 hour.
  • Once its been 30 minutes, flip each piece of chicken, drizzle over another 1/8 cup of oil, and let that bake for the remaining 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
