Ingredients
  

  • 2 – 2.5 lbs ground chuck
  • 1/2 a small onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Lawrys seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 pack Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 slices of muenster cheese & yellow cheddar cheese
  • 10-12 dill pickle chips
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder onion powder, smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Season room temperature ground beef with Lawrys, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, and mix together (but don’t over mix).
  • Add the ground beef to a 9×13 baking dish, evenly press it down to the bottom of the dish, and cook in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  • Mix together the ingredients to make the Big Mac sauce and put it in the refrigerator until it’s time to us it.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls open and spray a new baking dish with cooking spray. Place the bottom buns in the baking dish and add on slices of muenster cheese.
  • When your meat patty is done drain the oil and remove from baking dish letting excess oil drip off the meat. Add the patty on top of the muenster cheese and blot meat dry with a paper towel.
  • On top of the meat patty add cheddar cheese slices, then chopped onion, and then dill pickles.
  • On the top buns evenly spread on the big mac sauce. Then top the sliders with the top buns.
  • Mix together melted butter, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and sesame seeds. Brush butter mixture over the top buns. Cook in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
