Ketchup Chips and Dip ๐

So, I am heading to Toronto, Canada to go see an NBA game, The Raptors vs The Trailblazers on April 3rd, 2025. And of course I’m rooting for the raptors as my son played basketball with two of the players in high school! Be on the lookout for my travel vlog which will be coming in after my trip to tell you about all the hot spots I visited while I was in Toronto.
Now, I’ve heard through the grapevine that Canadians love their ketchup chips and this peaked my interest as a Floridian living in the USA my whole life. I certainly heard of ketchup chips, but they haven’t caught fire over here as they have in Canada! So, I decided to make my own ketchup chips and serve them up with a delicious, savory, cheesy dip! You will not believe how delicious this is and after making this recipe just once you will understand exactly why our Canadian neighbors are so obsessed with ketchup chips! I want you to think big mac meets beer cheese for the flavor combination that once you dip these chips you will forever be a fan of the Toronto Raptors just as we are! Are you ready to party? Let’s go!
