Cheesy and delicious steak, This steak came out so perfect and have such a nice tender flavor when paired with the sliders. This steak was so easy to make and only took me around 7-8 minutes to have it fully ready to add into the sliders.
Make sure your buns are toasted when setting up your sliders and you are using fresh tomato and lettuce, because I promise you it makes a difference!!! These sliders are honestly one of the most flavorful things I’ve made in a while they have such a perfect taste when it’s all together I’m definitely remaking this for a game day in the upcoming future.

Steak Umm Sliders 🥩
Ingredients
- 1 pack kings hawaiian rolls
- 1 box 1 lb frozen Steak-umm sliced steaks
- 1 onion sliced thin into rounds
- 4 tbsp olive oil divided
- 4 tbsp butter softened
- 5-6 oz cheese wiz
- 2-3 tbsp ketchup
- 2-3 tbsp mayo
- 1 tomato sliced
- 2 oz shredded lettuce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice open the Hawaiian Rolls, place both sides on a baking sheet with a rack, butter both sides of the rolls, and place them in the oven at 400°F until they are golden and slightly toasted.
- In a pan with 2 tbsp of oil add your onions and sauté them until browned and softened.
- In a separate pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil add some of the steak-umms and fry them in batches until they get browned and slightly crispy. Once you’ve cooked all the steak-umms, add them all back to the pan, and add in the cheese wiz. Then cover the pan with the lid until the cheese gets melty.
- On the bottom rolls spread on the mayo and ketchup and sprinkle over some salt & pepper. Then add the sautéed onions and the steak-umm cheese mixture. Lastly, add on the shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Top the sliders with the top buns. Serve & Enjoy!!!!
