  • – 2 pouches 12 oz total Pioneer Sweet Cream Baking, Waffle & Pancake Mix
  • – 1 cup milk or buttermilk
  • – 2 large eggs
  • – 4 Tbsp melted butter or oil
  • – 1/3 cup sugar
  • – 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • – 1 pound of chopped fresh strawberries divided

  • – Fresh whipped cream
  • – Sliced strawberries

  • Two tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Pioneer mix, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and lemon zest (if using) until smooth.
